Mukuro Rokudo is known as the man whom even the mafia rejected. He had a kill count in the hundreds, maybe thousands, by the time he became a Spirit. Unlike most Casters, he retains high physical combat stats.

Noble Phantasm: Eye of Rebirth, grants him the use of six specific abilities (Paths) dependent on the number shown in the eye.
Hell - Gains the ability to cast higher-level magic (five-line) without chants. Considering the Caster class has one-line spells already on par with five-liners, this is a significant boost.
Hungry Ghosts - Skill Absorption is added, allowing him to mimic the abilities of someone he has possessed or is currently possessing.
Animals - Animal Communication skill is added, allowing him to command beasts.
Asura - Combat Expert skill added, allowing him to use weapons to their fullest potential.
Humans - STR, END, AGL all increase to A rank.
Heavens - Can establish a Reality Marble where all illusions cast by him take on physical form. Possession of target is also made easier.

Skills:
Independent Action (B+) - By conserving his mana, Mukuro can ensure he is able to remain apart from his Master for an extended length of time. He still requires a Master in order to do anything requiring high mana consumption.
Espionage (A) - Does not register as a hostile presence at all. (Can be countered by high Perception.)
Eye of the Mind (B) - He can sense nearby concealments.
Territory Creation (C) - Able to create a space where it's easy to lose control of one's senses.
Lesser skills:
Demonic Presence - He leaves behind a disconcerting feeling in those susceptible to fear or paranoia.
Discerning Eyes - Reinforces Eye of the Mind; he is not easily deceived by other illusions.
Information Erasure - Appears indistinct on video cameras or other photographic imagery.
Human Weapon - Having been rejected even from the mafia world for his spate of murders, Mukuro can deliver one-shot kills to unaware targets. This is voided as soon as he is detected.
He is an odd little boy who starts with a Porygon who followed him from the labs where he was raised. It evolves as he grows older, helping him survive on the streets until he's picked up by Lancia. Lancia gifts him an Eevee, telling him that it will grow into whatever he wants it to be.
Before heading to one of the other regions, he picks up a Meditite, Seviper, and Zorua. TYL Tsuna gifts him an Oddish, telling him to raise it. Mukuro tries to get rid of it but it refuses to leave him.
